there is no in-game solution i would guess ur graphic card cant handle the roof on main server cause of all things.

Well if your laptop is less than a year old
and it used to play sof2 well and now it doesn't
you have spyware & virus infections consuming your processors power lowering your fps rate & causing you problems.
Your laptop mechanically is fine its whats in it that's problem.
From time to time they need a lobotomy - FORMAT.
That means kill EVERYTHING on the hard drive and start over.

Do you have cd's to reload the operating systems and all the configurations for laptop?
If not make sure you have something with the manufacturers drivers so the thing will function properly again.

PS: I have a question.. Windows Seven is better than Windows Vista ? My mother have a installation CD and its already running in her's cpu

I see your problem.
Get windows XP and wired internet.
Or sell your laptop get a decent PC put xp onit and get wired internet.

Hell yea 7 is better op system & if you have the cd & a good set of numbers go for it!
Just make sure you know where to download the drivers and such from manufacturers website - may also want to check with manufacturers compatibility with 7.
If not drop back a gear to xp and watch it fly :metal:

These fps problems are getting really annoying D:

I've got a problem. I've got a very low ping but also a very low fps. Im lagging and can't play like this. I tried to reinstall drivers but that didnt work. AVG didn't found anything bad so Idk what to do now... Pls help me

Dunno if its can be this: 1. Have u allowed sof in firewall / Defender ? 2. Specially Facebook running same time as sof is not good at all,dunno, but when my son is here with hes laptop and Facebook on my wireless, i cant play sof at all.Suggestion is start up u sof (startgame.bat) and nothing else at all.In vistacrap   u can chose settings: (run this program in xpmode/compatilibity ) / rate 25000 + / snaps 100 in console. Hope u getting it fixet..Gl m8..

Most weird of all is that my ping is like 0-15 and fps 5-80
