I think you should get to know the server and the people on it first, and prove that you are a nice and perhaps active guy  
After that you can apply again.

Same as Cyber.. lets see in the next few weeks, how activity is and Recruitment opens again we will see ok ? Meanwhile.. just have fun at server..
