if you were really banned, in addition to complaints, at least fill out this form:

- When
(date and time)
- Reason
- By whom
(only Sysops or S-Admins are allowed to ban)
- IP or IP range if you have a dynamic IP address
(you can see your IP in the user info block on the homepage right blocks side)
