HEY GUYS,
i have bit of a prob here u c i have this sports comp. comin up and ive gaind a few pounds xD playin sof2 ofc im not fat yet i just wanna be really fit and buff for the com so..... if u guys have got any crash course to gettin fit plz HELP! i really wanna win the games this year.... my height is 166cms weight is 64 kg so can some1 plz suggest a way to reduce it to say 55? in a month or 2 xD

Rnning race 200m,shotput, long jump, soccer, cricket, volleyball, throwball, tennis, 400 m relay, and cycling
so yeah it wud b stamina and strength based :D

btw i lost 10kg in less than 2 month
but it depends about your genes and your effort

Well, considering you gotta do all those sports, train on them and you'll get in shape while having fun.
Also, do long runs, run slower but longer, you only start losing fat after 30 minutes of exercise, so try running 10km or more if you can.
Golden rule: Use more calories than you eat.

as for workout routines i do em as i get time some exercises i know i play 2hrs thats it
