When I had that problem, it was because of my ATI video card running on my Windows 7 machine as well as on my Windows Server 2008 machine.

I put this file atioglxx.dll in the root sof2 folder where the sof2mp.exe is located, and it worked. Hope you will have the same result.

Neo try to remove atioglxx.dll and see what happens. I think AMD fixed this problem in their drivers.
