When I started SOF today, I logged into our server and all my settings had changed. Tab was different, sound was different, my name was gone, all my settings are gone. Then I checked my Sof2 folder in my pc ( I remember I had something like this before, not exactly the same but still...) and I noticed that my sof2mp file was gone. What should I do now? I've got a sof2 folder with all in it stored in my external hard drive, should I copy that sof2mp file and paste it in base/mp? Or would that be dumb? Please help, I got training tonight :)

use dropbox so u got a backup all the time.and yeah do that.get the sof2mp from ur external HDD.see what happends.

That file contains the info until a few weeks perhaps even months ago, is that harmful in any way? Or do I just lose my score from the past few weeks/months?

no score is lost.everything score-related is in the server files.i think

Yes copy the sof2mp.cfg into your base/mp and RPMPro folder. It only stores your settings and binds.

I lied =( It was still in RPMPro folder, and I found out something new. All my settings are rubbish in US serv & our Main, but not in our Inf server. I visit both main & US regularly, inf only at wednesdays & sundays.


And Smithers, it's perpaps even Pony that ruined me :p

xD I just resetted everything like it was before, with a little help from Owange. Is there any way to prevent this from happening or is it just some kind of bug that happens once in a while, and that you can't stop from happenininininiings?
