how did u post here if i banned the whole Egypt IP's?

am relly sorry teo , i got prog to access the site , i was afraid that u punish me for that but am realy didnt do antthing wrong to get banned i know some egys fuckers make some annoyes here but am not look like them , when i know that i can make post again to join i get that prog to make the post , sorry for that
