I typed in from Home page our server ip and it doesn't exist  

i think u misstyped the ip, it is online and running.

I'm also not being able to access the server today.
Yesterday I played just fine, today it appears me the connection time out error.
I refreshed the list and even the name of the server disappeared, but the IP it's there.

16 ppl all the day, weird this is the IP: 31.186.251.162:28960
